Lyman Products, producer of the industry-standard Digital Trigger-Pull Gauge, announced the introduction of a new and improved model of the company's popular measurement device.

The new trigger pull gauge is designed to be one of the most accurate and fastest trigger-pull measurement devices on the market. The new strain gauge has the capability of measuring trigger pull down to 1/10 of an ounce or within 2 grams, and users can switch the measurement from ounces to grams with a simple push of a button.

The maximum trigger pull weight that can be measured by the device is 12 pounds, and the pull measurement is indicated through a large LCD readout. Another capability of the new gauge is the ability of the unit to give the user an average trigger pull weight over the last 10 readings.

The new gauge also features a collapsible rod that uses four separate locking positions, allowing the user to easily use the unit with a range of firearms. The locking positions also work to prevent movement while applying pressure to the reader. The gauge also features a new ergonomic grip that provides comfort during measurements.

The Lyman Digital Trigger-Pull Gauge comes with a padded hard case and runs off a single 9V battery. The suggested retail price on the new model is $59.95.
