Daniel Defense announced the addition of two new Cerakote firearm finishes available for the DDM4V7 line of AR-15s. The blue-gray Tornado finish and the tan Mil Spec finish join the hard-anodized black finish in the V7 lineup, giving consumers three different choices of firearm finishes for the company's best-selling rifle.

The V7 is one of the company's most popular rifles, as well as one of its most lightweight options. The rifle features a cold-hammer-forged 16-inch barrel and a MFR XS rail with M-LOK attachment points on a 15-inch free-float rail. The rifle also features an uninterrupted flattop Picatinny rail, which gives users space for mounting optics, lights and other accessories.

The rifle also features a mid-length gas system designed to reduce perceived recoil and prevent undue wear and tear on the rifle's internal moving parts. The V7 also comes with Daniel Defense's Flash Suppressor, Buttstock and Pistol Grip, creating a package that weighs in at 6.2 pounds.

The suggested retail price for the hard-anodized black finish is $1,679, while the two Cerakote models retail at a suggested price of $1,847.
