Crimson Trace offers a green laser Laserguard attachment for the Springfield Armory XD-S in 9 mm and .45 ACP, along with a Blade Tech holster that is molded to fit the gun with the attached laser.

The Laserguard attaches to the accessory rail of the XD-S and features a grip tab that contains a finger-activation pressure pad on the front strap of the gun. This allows users to turn the laser on with a simple squeeze of the grip. A master on/off switch is also located on the bottom of the laser panel. The master switch should be left on when the laser is in normal use.

The Crimson Trace Laserguard green laser is a class 3R laser with a dot size of approximately 0.5 inches at 50 feet. Lasers come pre-sighted in at the factory at 50 feet, and all Crimson Trace products are fully adjustable for windage and elevation. The laser runs off a single 1/3N 3V lithium battery that is included with the laser attachment. The battery provides for up to four hours of continuous run time. Crimson Trace allows customers to register with the company for a Free Batteries for Life program that allows users to save an estimated $50 over the lifetime of their Crimson Trace product.

The included Blade Tech holster is a design that is produced solely for inclusion with the Laserguard. The design is similar to the company's Klipt Ambi IWB holsters and features a single 1.75-inch belt clip that is adjustable for ride height. The holster can be used on either side of the body. Simply remove the clip from one side and place it on the opposite side to switch carry positions. The holster is a level-one friction-retention holster.

The Crimson Trace Laserguard green laser with an included Blade Tech holster retails at a suggested price of $319.
