Magpul announced an update to its popular stock line with the new Hunter X-22 Takedown stock. The X-22 Takedown stock fits all standard Ruger 10/22 Takedown models.

The X-22 Takedown stock requires no gunsmithing for installation, and a reversible barrel tray allows for an easy fit with all standard barrel profiles up to 0.920 inches in diameter.

The X-22 Takedown stock is made from reinforced polymer and features an adjustable length of pull and comb height. The length of pull is adjustable from 12.5 inches to 14.5 inches with 0.50-inch spacers. An optional cheek riser kit raises cheek height 0.25 inches, 0.50 inches or 0.75 inches.

The X-22 Takedown stock features ultiple sling mounting options. Two dimpled drill points are provided to guide the installation of optional standard swivel studs. The stock is also compatible with push-button QD swivels on the rear, provided with Magpul's sling mount kits.

The X-22 Takedown stock, made in the USA, also features a non-slip rubber butt pad and M-LOK rail attachment points. The stock is shipping now and is available in black, flat dark earth, stealth gray and olive drab green. The suggested retail price is $149.95.
