HPR is manufactured in Payson, AZ and is positioned in the market as a high quality and innovative brand and is announcing their Black Ops line of ammunition.

HPR recognized the significant need for a high quality round that offers superior accuracy, improved strength, with a balanced takedown force. HPR created a new line of ammunition to address this need, the Black Ops line of ammunition. This line of ammunition sets itself apart from other manufactures by designing a hollow point projectile with added expansion control. This means a higher percent of bullet weight retention, making deeper penetration with significant stopping power. HPR designed the Black Ops as one of the most operational personal defense hollowed point rounds available on the market. The casing of the Black Ops is a polished silver color, adding to the quality with the look of performance. The Black Ops line consists of three calibers, 9mm, 40 S&W, and 45 Auto for use in both full size and compact handguns and is suitable for defensive scenarios with its knockdown power and accuracy.
