From a terminal-performance standpoint, the only real difference in the ASYM load and others which use the same bullet is velocity. Ironically, offerings from Buffalo Bore and Cor-Bon, which use the same bullet, have almost identical velocities as this load. So, you can expect terminal performance to be similar as well, with maybe an inch or so difference in penetration and less than .1-inch variance in expansion. If you like the Barnes TAC-XP bullet, ASYM now gives you another choice for that load in 9 mm.
