Fans of the .300 AAC Blackout now have another option in factory loads, this time from Barnes. The company adds a 110-grain Tipped TSX load to the Vor-Tx ammo line this year, and the performance we witnessed just prior to SHOT Show was nothing short of devastating. The above bullet, fired from a 9-inch-barreled PDW, was dug out of a block of 10 percent ordnance gelatin. Note the petal-perfect expansion. It penetrated approximately 13 inches and retained virtually 100 percent of its weight.
