This 115-grain 9 mm Luger +P load is rated at 1,275 fps. With an impact velocity of 1,262 fps and an impact energy of over 400 foot-pounds, this bullet showed penetration deeper than what many believe a 9 mm is capable. However, as with many 9 mm bullets, final expanded diameter was less than 1.5-times that of the unfired bullet.
