You no longer have to have "any color, as long as it's black" in your Gen3 Magpul AR-15 magazines.

In amongst the new 60-round drum magazine and the Glock G17 magazine being offered by Magpul, one of the overlooked new items is the Sand-colored third generation PMag. Developed as an alternative, lighter color to flat dark earth, the sand color enters the Pantheon as a near-white alternative to the standard black window Gen3 PMag.

One of the discovers the Magpul folks made, however, was that with a little bit of dye, pretty much any color combination is possible. The sand color is so light that dyeing the magazine is possible, and opens up the aftermarket - or the do-it-yourself market.

Either way, you get the quality of a Magpul magazine, and that's always a good thing.
