The FN America Military Collector's series of guns expanded in 2017 with the addition of the FN M249S Para to the lineup, a faithful semi-automatic replica of the government-issue FN M249 Para Squad Automatic Weapon. The rifle features the same 16.1-inch barrel as the original and weighs in at 16 pounds. The stock features the same hydraulic buffer found in the original as well.

Several notable differences are the semi-automatic-only function and the fact that the gun fires from the closed-bolt position. The suggested retail price on the new model is $8,799. Learn more in our video above.
