Springfield Armory Hellcat Upgrades

A. Custom-molded for a variety of handguns, including the Springfield Hellcat, the Hogue HandALL Beavertail Grip Sleeve is made from long-lasting, durable thermoplastic elastomer. Its upper beavertail portion offers enhanced comfort and allows shooters to grip the pistol higher, reducing felt recoil while improving control. Finger grooves and a rubberized cobblestone texture provide welcome purchase. Choose from six colors. MSRP: $14.95; hogueinc.com

B. Designed in conjunction with 15-round magazines, the NDZ Performance Magazine Baseplate for the Springfield Armory Hellcat/Pro replaces the factory floorplate with one machined from black-finished 6061 T6 aircraft-grade alloy—a much more durable alternative to polymer offerings—without adding burdensome length or weight. Choose from a variety of colors. Variants with finger extensions are available, too. MSRP: $24.99 ndzperformance.com

C. Machined from 416R stainless steel for durability and longevity, the True Precision Inc. Springfield Armory Hellcat Threaded Barrel (available from Brownells) boasts practical features, including a proprietary broach-cut design and a SAAMI-spec chamber. Six grooves and 1:10-inch, RH-twist rifling allow for all ammo types, including cast lead, to be fired through it. The muzzle is threaded to 1/2x28 tpi to be compatible with most 9 mm muzzle devices on the market. MSRP: $189.99; brownells.com

D. Manufactured in the U.S. with Swiss tritium, Night Fision Perfect Dot Night Sights for the Springfield Hellcat up the ante with features not found in other options, such as components CNC-machined out of high-quality steel and a patented injection-molded sleeve design that holds the tritium in place while simultaneously creating a brighter, stronger ring. The company claims it offers the brightest night sights on the market. MSRP: $48 to $108; nightfision.com

E. A drop-in replacement for the factory extractor, critical engagement surfaces of the Apex Tactical Failure Resistant Extractor for Springfield Hellcat are machined from a billet of heat-treated stainless steel and feature custom hook geometry designed to improve function by ensuring more consistent and reliable extraction. Its Melonite finish provides enhanced durability. MSRP: $65; apextactical.com
