concealed carry gear for women

Women want classy, functional and real options for their firearms and accessories. We know we are looking for the best our money can buy and won’t settle for garbage. At SHOT Show 2025, I looked for quality products women can feel comfortable using, for many years, to protect their families and look good while doing so; products I would personally choose.

Lipsey’s Exclusive Smith and Wesson 432UC-Ti

For those wanting to have a firearm with less weight to carry, the Lipsey’s exclusive Smith and Wesson Ultimate Carry has answered the call, coming in at just 13 ounces. Most of us have fired a lightweight revolver and found it “snappy.” The Ultimate 432UC-Ti is designed to bring the weight down while being comfortable to shoot.  The double-action gives the 6 shots plenty of support and with the Hamre Forge stock, recoil is easily managed. MSRP $825

Taurus 22 TUC

The first rule of gunfighting is: Have a gun. You might prefer to shoot a larger caliber gun, but do you always carry that larger gun? Taurus developed the affordable,9-round 22 TUC to be “tucked” into small holsters or a small concealed carry handbag.

While the Tuc is a light pistol that shoots .22 LR, it is user friendly, easy to hold and features a tip-up barrel for easy loading, which also eliminates the need to rack a slide. The double-action trigger provides a firm enough hammer strike to ensure ignition. MSRP $333.99

Gun Toten Mamas Leather Weave Line

Gun Toten Mamas new products have taken careful consideration of the younger demographic they are encountering. My favorite offerings are shown in the leather weave pattern, but the focus of this piece is the Sling Backpack which comes in two sizes and gives versatile carrying options including front carry. There is ample space for everything you might want to take with you and includes an RFID-protected pocket. The Sling Backpack comes with a standard holster and is for right or left-handed use.

Beretta Cheetah 80X

Reinventing a classic, the Beretta Cheetah 80x has style and is comfortable to hold even for smaller hands. Beretta gave the .380 ACP version a new design and updated features. The grip is ergonomically redesigned for modern carry requirements and includes a smaller Vertec style grip.

Mounted in the frame is a Picatinny rail for mounted lights. The Cheetah 80X has a 13-round capacity and DLC coated internal performance parts for smooth functionality. An adjustable X-treme S trigger with a lighter skeletonized hammer and optic-ready slide with interchangeable sights allow for quick target acquisition and improved accuracy. MSRP $649

Taser Bolt 2

The Taser Bolt 2 is a powerful less-lethal option for the times when you can’t carry your firearm. The Bolt 2 can provide up to 15 feet of safety and “get away” with a 30-second, full-muscle lock-up on the bad guy.

The compact design is easy to take in a purse or put in your pocket and features a laser and 210-lumen LED for accurate aiming. This Taser has optional accessories including a Bolt 2 holster and a Plano case for carrying.

The Taser Bolt 2 has a Safe Escape Product Replacement Guarantee for free replacement if used in self-defense.
