MSR Enhancements

A. Designed to replace the OEM buttstock of your AR carbine, the LUTH-AR MBA-3 Carbine Stock is compatible with a six-position commercial or mil-spec buffer tube. Features include a three-axis buttplate with adjustments for length-of-pull and comb height. There is even a bag hook along the front and an anti-rattle setscrew built into the stock’s body, while the bottom sports an integral Picatinny rail for an optional monopod. Available colors include black, FDE and Freedom Flag. MSRP: $159.95 to $165; luth-ar.com

B. SilencerCo’s Gas-Defeating Charging Handle is machined from 7075 aircraft-grade aluminum. It boasts an ambidextrous configuration to ease cycling and foster manipulation that is intuitive and second nature. The addition of a proprietary O-ring seal prevents propellant gases from venting back into shooters’ faces—a common phenomenon that occurs when firing suppressed AR-pattern rifles. Each handle ships with one O-ring installed and a spare included. MSRP: $114; silencerco.com

C. Featuring components that are either CNC machined and/or EDM cut from solid bar stock for enhanced durability, the latest variant of the Wilson Combat Tactical Trigger Unit (TTU) offers drop-in modularity in a monolithic-trigger configuration that also provides a crisp, two-stage, 3.5- to 4-pound pull without fine-tuning or adjustment. MSRP: $189.95; wilsoncombat.com

D. Combining reinforced, polymer-body construction with a comfort-enhancing, wrap-around, overmolded rubber exterior for maximum purchase, the Magpul MOE-K2+ Pistol Grip is a drop-in practical upgrade for your AR-15 that offers a more vertical angle—but in a fuller-size grip. Its steeper angle is optimized for PDW-configured rifles to offer greater control and ergonomics by bringing the primary firing arm closer to the body. MSRP: $24.95; magpul.com

E. The Primary Weapons Systems CQB556 Compensator contains many features designed for optimal performance in CQB conditions. Scallop cuts deliver improved gas dispersion to stabilize the muzzle during sustained fire, while an internal blast chamber directs the entire force of the blast forward. The device also provides sufficient flash suppression to keep the muzzle blast out of the shooter’s line-of-sight. MSRP: $89.95; primaryweapons.com
