Springfield Armory is releasing a Tungsten Gray Cerakote version of the popular 5.56 AR-15 pattern rifle, the SAINT Victor. The SAINT Victor is a semi-automatic, 16-inch-barreled AR-15 that includes an M-Lok handguard, nickel-boron coated trigger, Melonite coated barrel and an enhanced Melonite coated bolt-carrier group. The rifle also has a pinned low profile gas block so as to not interfere with any optics or sighting systems you choose to mount on the full size M-Lok rail,
The SAINT Victor also has some third party upgrades, such as a furniture set from B5 Systems. Shooters get to shoulder their SAINT Victor with the classic styled SOPMOD pattern stock, and the SAINT Victor also includes the B5 Systems Type 23P pistol grip, which has a less severe angle than the standard A2-style AR-15 pistol grip. Compared to the default A2 grip, the more gentle angle reduces tension in the shooter’s wrist, especially when shot with a collapsing stock over long periods of time.
