Hellcat Pro with safety

The Springfield Armory Hellcat Pro 9mm pistol is now available with a frame-mounted ambidextrous manual safety. The new Hellcat Pro maintains all the features that you know in the earlier model, such as a 15 round capacity that's packed into a smaller footprint than any other gun in its class and an ergonomic, slim profile for easy concealability. The addition of a low-profile yet easily engaged ambidextrous safety further enhances the capabilities and appeal of this already popular pistol.

“The Hellcat Pro delivers full-size performance in a concealable, EDC-ready package with unmatched ergonomics,” says Steve Kramer, Springfield Armory’s Vice President of Marketing. “And for those who prefer a manual safety on their carry pistol, this newest variant gives them everything they could want in a CCW pistol.”

The grip of the Hellcat Pro S is just 1 inches wide for easy carry, and there is additional mass in the slide and barrel for reduced muzzle flip and faster follow-up shots. The polymer frame features Springfield Armory's Exclusive Adaptive Grip Texture that has a pattern of staggered pyramid shapes. In addition to this, the location the ambidextrous manual safety at the rear of the frame is natural and intuitive for both left- and right-handed users.

The Hellcat Pro was developed with red dot sights in mind and features an OSP (Optical Sight Pistol) configuration. The slide is milled with the Springfield Micro footprint, which mount the smallest, most popular micro red dots on the market directly to the slide for the lowest mount possible. Backing up your choice of optic is an excellent set of co-witnessing U-dot sights, made up of a tritium & luminescent front sight paired with a notched rear sight.

MSRP for the stock Hellcat Pro with manual safety is $649, and a version with an optional Shield SMSc optic is $859. For more information about the Hellcat Pro w/ Manual Safety or other guns from Springfield Armory, please visit springfield-armory.com.
