The Springfield Armory Echelon 4.5-inch 9mm handgun is a modular pistol designed around a robust stainless-steel chassis and innovative optics-mounting system. Inside of the pistol is a central operating group, a self-contained and serialized part that allows you to quickly change frame sizes and houses the patent-pending operating system of the Echelon. Like the previous black polymer version, these new pistols are fully ambidextrous. These news models are coated in either durable Desert FDE (Flat Dark Earth) or OD (Olive Drab) green Cerakote for a tough finish built to exceed the most rigorous demands, ensuring your firearm stands strong when it matters the most. The Variable Interface System optics mount on the Echelon uses a set of movable pins to achieve a low, direct mount solution for adding almost any optic available today to your pistol, without the need for an additional mounting plate. The Echelon also features a U-Dot sight system for fast target acquisition and comes with two magazines. A double-zipper case is included with each Springfield Armory handgun to ensure that the firearm and mounted accessories are protected during transportation, while an interior pouch can hold an additional magazine.
