Riton Optics has just released the new 3 Tactix EED, an enclosed emitted reflex sight that uses a red 3 MOA dot and fits on an Aimpoint ACRO pattern mounting footprint.

The new 3 Tactix EED is the company’s first enclosed emitter design following their other three models of Tactix series red dots, all of which were open emitter designs. Whether open or closed, reflex sights use emitters to beam light onto coated lenses which allows most of the available light to pass through the lens except the specific light being emitted from the optic. By having this part of the optic enclosed, the stream of light is protected from dirt, dust, debris or anything else from the outside environment.

"Riton is committed to providing shooters with the highest quality optics at an affordable price, and the 3 TACTIX EED is a testament to that commitment," said Jerimiah Alexander, Director of Product Development. "With how often red dots are evolving, we felt it was important for our brand to offer our customers this option."
