Having a scope you can rely on is absolutely essential out in the field. A scope that works well on the range but fails in the field is of no use to anyone and can spoil a day on the range.

Now Meopta Sport Optics is introducing the new MeoSport R 3-15x50 mm RD riflescope with an illuminated 4C reticle. This rugged scope is designed for shooters who are seeking an optic that combines value and performance.

“We have really expanded our riflescope offerings in the last few years with the addition of the Optika5 and Optika6 lines, and the new MeoSport gives our customers the option of a lower-profile 30mm hunting scope at a great price point,” said Jaroslav Doseděl, Global Head of Meopta Sport Optics.

The new MeoSport has a 30mm main tube with European-quality optics for excellent performance  in low light situations. This 5x zoom scope with MeoBright lens coating delivers bright, crisp, and clear images. The scope offers reliable and accurate performance, even in inclement weather, thanks to Meopta’s MeoDrop hydrophobic lens coating which aggressively repels rain.

The MeoSport R 3-15x50 RD uses a side focus knob to adjust focus from 10 yards to infinity. The lockable, zero-resettable turrets offer 0.1 mil windage and elevation adjustments and an illuminated red dot reticle makes it easier to get on target swiftly and accurately, even in low light. The light, sleek design of the scope incorporates a low-profile power ring that is easy to adjust, even while wearing gloves.

The MeoSport is nitrogen purged, shockproof, and fully sealed for fogproof and waterproof performance in the most demanding conditions. Like all Meopta optics sold in the United States, the scope is backed by Meopta’s Lifetime Transferrable Warranty.

MSRP for the $449.99, and more information on this optic and other products from Meopta can be found at meoptasportoptics.com.
