The ReFlex Leg Rig system from High Speed Gear is a two-piece system that combines a medical roll and leg rig carrier and is designed to keep medical supplies organized while you're on the move. The system is constructed mainly with heavy-duty nylon laminate that allows rapid deployment of medical supplies. The ReFlex Leg Rig allows the user to quickly access medical gear much faster than traditional methods of carrying medical pouches and IFAK systems, allowing for an improved response time to an incident. The ReFlex was designed and developed with direct input from active-duty medical personnel and is built to hold the supplies that are included in the IFAK (Infantry First Aid Kit) issued by the U.S. Army and has been field tested by U.S. Navy corpsmen.
