Galco S&W M&P Shield holster

Galco Holsters is now offering its classic Concealable 2.0 holster to fit the Smith & Wesson M&P Shield X 9mm carry pistol.

The Galco Concealable is an OWB (outside-the-waistband) belt holster made from Galco’s steerhide and other materials and features a full forward cant design. This is based on one of Richard Gallagher’s original designs which dates back to the early 1970s. The Galco Concealable is stitched from two pieces of leather that are designed to conform to the natural curvature of the wearer’s hip. Gallagher’s design keeps all molding on the front of the holster and allows for a narrower and sleeker carry profile when worn. Compared to the typical leather pancake style holster, the Galco Concealable 2.0 ends up carrying with a smaller footprint.

The deep leather hand molding also aids with handgun retention while the forward cant angle positions the pistol grip in an advantageous position for easy access to the draw. The built in belt loops on the Galco Concealable accommodate standard gun belts that measure up to 1.5 inches in width.
