Faxon .338 ARC

Faxon Firearms is coming out with a comprehensive lineup of barrels, firearms, and complete upper receiver groups for Hornady’s new .338 ARC cartridge.

Dubbed “The Big Little Cartridge That Packs a Punch,” the .338 ARC has outstanding subsonic performance, delivering 1.5X more energy than 300 BLK subsonic rounds while maintaining reliable cycling for both supersonic and subsonic loads. The cartridge is offered in two configurations by Hornady: the 307-grain SUB-X in the subsonic line and the 175-grain HP in the Hornady Black line. The .338 diameter cartridge is designed to fit in AR-15s and micro bolt-action rifles, combining power with compact versatility. Faxon Firearms has responded to the launch of this round with a range of products designed specifically for the .338 ARC such as barrels, upper receivers and complete firearms.
