Davidson’ Exclusive Smith & Wesson Bodyguard 2.0

Davidson’s, one of the largest wholesalers and distributors of firearms, ammunition and other shooting-industry related products, is now collaborating with Smith & Wesson to offer a special-edition version of Smith & Wesson’s successful Bodyguard 2.0 pistol chambered in .380 ACP. This new Davidson’s exclusive pistol is a two-tone model with a silver Cerakote-finished slide visually distinct from the all-black Smith & Wesson factory versions.

The Smith & Wesson Bodyguard 2.0 was one of Smith & Wesson’s hottest product launches of 2024. Originally launched during summer 2024, this small pistol represents the second iteration of Smith & Wesson’s original ultra-compact, six-round .380 ACP Bodyguard. Like its predecessor, the Bodyguard 2.0 is built on a polymer frame and retains the .380 ACP chambering. However, the pistol’s frame and slide are redesigned to be not only more ergonomic, but to also double its capacity from six to 12 rounds. Smith & Wesson ships Bodyguard 2.0s with 10- and 12-round magazines.

Tech Wisdom: Dirty Magazines

The first thing I would do is to separate all of the magazines by brand and caliber. Many factory magazines, even if they are not in their original packaging, have the brand and model of the pistol they are designed for and the caliber of ammunition they are designed to shoot marked where it is readily visible.
