Beretta APX A1 FS

Beretta is the oldest name in firearms, and the new APX A1 is the latest evolution of the company's line of striker-fired pistols. The original APX was designed to rigorous military standards, and now the updated APX A1 model delivers a crisp trigger, improved ergonomics, aggressive slide serrations and a slide with red dot optics cuts, right out of the box.

The ambidextrous controls of the APX A1 FS, or Full Size, are configurable for right or left-handed shooters, with both the slide and mag release able to be easily changed to the other side, depending on the shooter’s needs. The trigger compares very favorably with similar striker-fired pistols and has a clean break and a short reset for fast follow-up shots.

The slide of the pistol is precut for plates that allow the use of almost any red dot optic on the market today. There is also a black serrated rear sight and tritium front sight for a clear sight picture in a variety of lighting conditions. The slide itself is redesigned and a newly developed Aquatech Shield coating for improved corrosion and chemical resistance.

The frame is modular and comes with three interchangeable backstraps so it can contour to the hands of any shooter in minutes for a better feel, and greater recoil management. There is also a short length of Picatinny rail mounted in front of trigger guard for mounting your choice of lights, lasers or other accessories.
