Blackhawk recently introduced its newest addition to the T-Series holster line with the Level 2 Compact (L2C) Light Bearing Holster, which is made to work with the Glock 17 and Streamlight TLR-7 and TLR-8 pistol light.

The T-Series holster was designed for a multitude of applications from law enforcement, military and concealed carry and offers shooters durability for use on an everyday basis. The initial launch of the L2C will be for the Glock 17 in a righthand model and features quick deployment from concealment. Likewise, the L2C was designed around Blackhawk's Master Grip Principle, which means the user's hand lands naturally to deploy the system.

The new L2C also features a speed cut to help deliver a faster draw, while a glass-reinforced nylon is used to deliver maximum durability in a duty-rated holster. The holster also features RMR compatibility and a low-profile design. The L2C utilizes sound-dampening, low-friction, dual-density materials that also help keep this a quiet, easy-to-draw holster.

The L2C holster comes with a Two-Slot belt loop attachment so shooters can tuck the grip into the body for better concealment and comfort while performing daily tasks. Also new, the L2C features the Quick Dual Release (QDR), which means an intuitive button release to and removal from a belt without passing it through the loops. The holster will fit belts from 1.5-2.25 inches and can be canted at a wide range of angles.

The L2C carries an MSRP of $69.99. For more information, be sure to check out Blackhawk.com.
