Survival Straps started off in 2006, making its iconic Survival Bracelet from mil-spec 550 paracord, and the company has since expanded to provide owners of the Apple watch with a tactical watch strap capable of providing a number of secondary uses.

The Survival Straps Apple Watch Strap features a stainless-steel anchor shackle along with its 550 paracord construction, ensuring that wearers have a tactical look that makes a statement. Along with the closure, the straps use stainless-steel adapters that attach to the watch itself, allowing users to switch out bands whenever they desire.

The company makes it possible for end users to design their own Apple watch straps, allowing them to choose from more than 45 separate paracord color options. The Survival Straps handmade build process ensures that customers can incorporate up to three separate paracord colors into one band, allowing for thousands of color combinations. The strap is available in two separate weaves: standard or fishtail. The fishtail weave allows for a thicker strap.

In a survival situation, the Apple Watch Strap from Survival Straps provides a number of different uses. The band unwraps to provide users with feet of mil-spec paracord, along with the stainless-steel closure shackle. Possible uses include tourniquet use, tent repair, tiedown, dog leash and others. Best of all, customers who notify Survival Straps that they've used their watch band in an emergency will receive another band absolutely free in exchange for their story.

The Survival Straps Apple Watch Strap fits Series 1 and 2 Apple watches and retails at a suggested price of $49.99.
