Purchase a new Smith & Wesson M&P 380 Bodyguard or one of the company’s revolvers—including Performance Center products—between now and the end of the year and you could qualify for a $50 pre-paid Mastercard. The wait for getting your cash back is shorter than ever, too, thanks to a new, all-electronic system designed to ease processing and deliver with a shorter wait.

For the first time ever, all Smith & Wesson rebates will now be submitted electronically. The system allows consumers to track their submissions almost immediately using the website and receive additional phone, e-mail and chat support.

The response to cash-back offers earlier this year prompted the company’s move to a web-based approach. “The popularity of those promotions resulted in delays for our customers and a level of service that fell short of our standard,” said Matt Buckingham, president, firearms division. “Our new system is designed to put rebates into the hands of our customers much more quickly, delivering the best possible customer experience.”

New Smith & Wesson owners who wish to participate in the Winter Promotion rebate program must submit the form found at SmithAndWessonRebate.com. Purchased must be made on or before Dec. 31, 2017 and requests for the $50 MasterCard must be completed before Jan. 31, 2018. The required proof of purchase can be a scanned or photographed receipt and the serial number of the firearm must also be provided. Complete details and rules can be found on the website.

“We are excited to be able to offer our consumers a fantastic deal heading into the holidays,” Buckingham said. “Not only are we showcasing some of our most popular products during the holidays, we are offering customers $50 in spending money to apply to their winter wish list.”
