Winchester is introducing a product that takes the economics of shooting into account. The USA Forged Steel Shellcases provide great performance at a value price by utilizing precision-manufactured steel shellcases that are coated with a proprietary surface treatment optimized for high-volume range sessions.

“USA Forged is proof that better products can be made right here in the United States while driving value for the consumer,” said Vice President of Marketing for Winchester Ammunition Brett Flaugher. “We have invested in our Oxford, Mississippi, facility and USA Forged is just one example of how this is benefiting our consumers.”

With their customers in mind, Winchester made sure their USA Forged Steel Shellcases were made with reliable features. The rounds are manufactured with brass jacketed lead core bullets which make them safe for use in all guns, including ported, vented or suppressed pistols, and on all ranges. They feature non-corrosive boxer primers and hold clean-burning powder. The USA Forged Steel Shellcases have a muzzle velocity of 1,190 fps, and at 25 yards a velocity of 1,125 fps. The ammunition has a ballistics co-efficient of 0.142 and a bullet weight of 115 grains.

The USA-made Forged Steel Shell Cases will impress shooters with their high quality on-range performance. Boxes hold 150 rounds while cases will contain 700 rounds.
