Daniel Defense, engineer and manufacturer of the quality firearms and accessories, has partnered with Oakley, manufacturer of eyewear and tactical apparel, to provide its customers with durable, mission-critical eyewear. Select Oakley SI models are now available in Daniel Defense cerakote colors—including Mil-Spec + and Daniel Defense Tornado—and feature a small laser-etched "DD" in the corner of the lens. In addition, the iconic Oakley "O" on these new glasses, located on both sides of the frame, is textured to resemble a Picatinny rail, giving this unique line of eyewear a completely custom look.

"We're excited to be in business with Oakley," said Daniel Defense President and Founder Marty Daniel. "Like us, they are an industry leader synonymous with quality, and I think this new line of cobranded eyewear provides our customers with the best of both worlds, both performance-wise and with unique styling."

The rationale for this co-branded line of eyewear was to "create a clean, authentic style for those who don't just walk the path of life—they stomp it and leave footprints." Along with Daniel Defense-themed fashion elements, these glasses also feature Oakley design elements for superior performance, including Plutonite Lenses for excellent UV protection, High Definition Optics for optical clarity, Iridium coating for glare reduction, impact protection, O-Matter-constructed frames for resisting environmental extremes, and Oakley's patented Three-Point Fit for precise fit and optical alignment.

The Daniel Defense/Oakley co-branded line of eyewear currently includes four models, with MSRPs ranging from $150 to $210.
