The newest bolt-action rifle from Christensen Arms, the Mesa, is designed to offer shooters a lightweight, accurate platform at an affordable price.

“With the Mesa, we wanted to create a premium, yet accessible rifle, that contained many of the same, industry-leading features you would expect from any product carrying the Christensen Arms name," said Jason Christensen, president of Christensen Arms.

The Mesa features a stainless-steel barrel with a featherlight contour and comes with a sub-MOA guarantee from the company. The barrel and action are set into a carbon-reinforced fiberglass stock. The rifle is finished in a tungsten Cerakote finish and features a removable radial brake and an adjustable match-grade trigger. The total package weighs in at 6.65 pounds.

Barrel length ranges from 22-24 inches, depending on caliber selection. Magazine capacity also varies from 3-4 rounds, depending on caliber. The Mesa features a proprietary twin-lug action machined from 416 stainless steel and comes with a standard Remington 700-compatible optics base.

The rifle is available in .308 Win., 6.5 Creedmoor, .300 Win. Mag., 7 mm-08 and 7 mm Rem. Mag. Suggested retail price on the Mesa is $1,295.
