We've covered HPR's defensive ammunition previously, for both 9 mm and .45 ACP handguns. The company has now turned its attention to pocket pistols like the Smith & Wesson M&P Bodyguard 380 mentioned yesterday.

HPR Ammunition's 90-grain .380 ACP JHP, like the 9 mm and .45 ACP,  comes in a 50-round box, complete with notched box and tabbed tray for easy opening. The bullets are Hornady XTP hollowpoints and brass is new, and manufactured by HPR. Expected velocity is in excess of 900 fps at the muzzle, with a muzzle energy of 167 ft.-lbs. Ingeniously, information on ballistics is readily available through a QR code on the box.

This ammunition has been engineered for optimal performance in small pistols using a standard bullet weight. It is designed to be defensively superior and accurate in competition. 100-percent American made and utilizing HPR's HyperClean technology, the company claims more time can be spent shooting and less time cleaning with this ammunition.

MSRP: $36.99 (50-round box).
