Not everyone's a big fan of the CAR-style stock and grip, especially on a hard-hitting gun like a 12-gauge shotgun. Maintaining the same length-of-pull and straight-line recoil can be important to the dedicated scattergun enthusiast.

ATI's 12 Gauge Pistol Grip stock, available for the Mossberg 500/590/535/835, Remington 870 and Winchester 1200/1300 shotguns, adds a pistol grip to the standard stock without taking away the length or recoil mitigation of the standard stock. The glass-reinforced polymer stock is impervious to chemicals and resistant to the elements.

Other desirable features of this upgrade include a Scorpion recoil pad, non-slip pebble grain finish and sling swivel studs. The stock is designed to fit a variety of different shotguns, with adapters for Winchester and Remington models. Installation is as simple as removing the factory stock and bolting this replacement on.

MSRP: $44.99.

New Pistol Suppressors for 2025

We hear you (pun intended)! This year, we are reporting manufacturer’s sound-reduction rating where available. Now, not every manufacturer makes that information publicly available, so you’ll see a fair number of “N/As” where no decibel-reduction numbers were provided, but rest assured that, despite what you might think, the noise-reduction rating is one of the least important factors when choosing a new suppressor (more on that in a future article).
