When SIG Sauer launched the company's line of premium ammunition, it initially chose five calibers. Four of these were duty calibers - 9 mm, .357 SIG, .40 S&W and .45 ACP. The fifth caliber was .380 ACP, which has been made immensely popular by the numerous "pocket" pistols available.

The 90-grain jacketed hollowpoint .380 ACP fills a niche in SIG's ammunition line. This is the first (hopefully not the last) of self-defense-oriented ammunition, purpose-built for the concealed-carry market with function foremost in mind.

Nickel-plated cases foster reliable feeding and extraction of rounds, and SIG's patented V-Crown hollowpoint is designed for controlled, uniform expansion at defensive distances.

MSRP: $22.17 for 20-round box.
