Chiappa Firearms is proud to introduce the 1873 SAA 22-10, 10-shot revolver chambered in .22 LR with a .22 Mag. convertible cylinder option. The first revolver offered by Chiappa Firearms in 2008 was the .22-caliber 1873 SAA, which was the start of the Rimfire Replica series. The 10-shot 1873 SAA 22-10 is the latest addition and is being offered with the Chiappa Firearms' lineup of products for 2013.

The 1873 SAA 22-10 is a natural progression of the still popular six shot version which was the first handgun offered by Chiappa Firearms, Ltd. in 2008. This successful revolver was first distributed by Cimarron Firearms as the "Plinkerton" and later added by Legacy Sports International as the "Puma" SAA .22 revolvers along with other Chiappa Firearms distributors. The Chiappa Firearms 1873 SAA-22's share similar characteristics & size as the original SAA Revolvers of the 19th century made famous by Colt. With similar dimensions of the full sized SAA revolver, the Chiappa Firearms SAA revolvers balance well and find themselves right at home in your favorite western rig.

The new 1873 SAA 22-10 features a steel cylinder-and-pawl assembly that insures years of reliability and plinking fun. The standard version is a 4.75-inch-barreled revolver with black checkered plastic grips and traditional fixed sights. Additional barrel lengths are available which include 5.5 inches and a 7.5-inch-barreled target version with adjustable sights. Grip choices include Ivory colored plastic and Walnut grips and will be available from Chiappa Firearms, Ltd. direct to outfit both the 10 shot & six shot versions.

The 1873 SAA 22-10 revolvers will be on display at the Chiappa Display, Booth # 11729A at the 2013 Shot Show in Las Vegas, Nevada, January 15-18. Visit the Chiappa Firearms website at www.chiappafirearms.com for more information on all of the new products for 2013.
