To go with its recently introduced M107A1, Barrett is now offering a suppressor for the Big 50. Although it does reduce the noise to a certain extent, the biggest benefits are a dramatic decrease in muzzle blast and concussion. We gave it a try today at a pre-SHOT Show range event and were impressed. Big bite, little bark--relatively speaking. Shooting a .50 BMG has never been so pleasant!
