The .32 H&R Mag. cartridge has been a favorite of mine since it was introduced. It's much more comfortable to shoot from lightweight revolvers than a .38 Spl., and when compared to standard-velocity .38 Spl. loads, it's just as effective. One of the main problems with this cartridge is there has never been a really good defensive load available—until now. Using a Barnes TAC-XP bullet designed expressly for DoubleTap, the company has created an impressive .32 H&R Mag. load that expands beyond .5 inch and will penetrate at least a foot in gelatin, no matter your handgun's barrel length.
