Winchester's PDX1 line of ammunition is getting good reviews. This is mostly because it is well designed, especially if you like bullets that retain all their weight and expand widely. With a muzzle velocity of around 850 fps, this load is fairly controllable from super-compact .380 ACP handguns. What's more, it penetrates to almost 10 inches in 10-percent ordnance gelatin. It should also perform well even after passing through heavy clothing thanks to the PDX1 bullet design.
