Remington calls the bullet an HPJ, which stands for "High Performance Jacket". The Golden Saber bullet was designed by Dave Schluckebier, who was the original patent owner of the Winchester Black Talon bullet. The Golden Saber is another bullet, purpose built, to perform well in the FBI ammunition selection tests where various intermediate barriers are fired through. This Golden Saber bullet was fired into bare gelatin.
