Anticipating the arrival of my U.N.C.L.E. Special and carbine components, I left a message for Joe Hayes yesterday requesting tracking information. He returned my call late last night during which he informed me they shipped last Friday—and were due to arrive on the 14th. Perhaps that would be true if a different—more reliable—shipping method such as Pony Express or carrier pigeon was used.

Tracing the package revealed it's still in transit—way off course in Roanoke, VA, but still in transit as a result of incorrect routing at let's refer to it as ABC shipping facility, which resulted it being rescheduled for delivery tomorrow.

Of course that's assuming the driver has a map and is capable of reading it. I suppose it's possible T.H.R.U.S.H. could have operatives on the inside. Based on the company's level of incompetence, I'd say infiltration is already well underway.
