SIG Sauer commemorates the greatness of our American heritage with its special series of "We The People" handguns, particularly this 1911 chambered in .45 ACP that includes a number of highlighted features.

A number of the stand-out elements on the SIG Sauer "We The People" pistol call out elements of Americana, including specially designed grips that include 50 stars to represent every state in the union. The gun also includes a unique tumbled finish, along with "1776," "We The People" and 13 stars engraved into the top of the slide to represent the original 13 colonies that fought for independence from Great Britain.

For all the details on this special 1911 pistol, check out the video above.
