Nosler SR-30K Suppressor

Nosler Inc. is known for making premium bullets, cartridge cases, ammunition and suppressors, and now the company is releasing its new SR-30K suppressor. This new suppressor is based on Nosler’s SR-30AlTi, which uses aluminum and titanium construction for the lightest possible weight, allowing the SR-30K strikes a balance between overall length and noise reduction.

The SR-30 K (also called the “K-Can”) was designed with hunters and other shooters in mind. The K-Can derived from the German word “Kurtz,” meaning “short,” and is two inches shorter and two ounces lighter than the SR-30AlTi, thanks to a proprietary baffle stack design that maximizes performance inside of a minimalist package.

“We are very pleased to bring the innovative, compact, hunt-focused K-Can to the market. It’s designed and built to be the ideal suppressor for hunters who prize handiness and best-in-class noise reduction,” said Pat Mundy, VP Sales & Marketing for Nosler, Inc.

The K-Can is less than 6 inches long and 7.2 ounces in weight, making it a pleasure to carry and is easier to maneuver than a full-size suppressor when mounted. The light weight, diminutive footprint provides superior handling characteristics and offhand balance. These features make it ideal in a treestand, in blind on longer rifles or anytime you need to maneuver your rifle inside of close quarters.

“Combine the overall length of 5.85 inches and the mere weight of 7 ounces with phenomenal sound reduction, and shooters will have the ability to up their game like never before,” said Dave Adamson, Mechanical Engineer for Nosler, Inc.

The K-Can uses the same attachment system as other suppressors in the Nosler suppressor line and can be mounted either over a brake or direct-threaded to the muzzle with the use of the included adaptor.

The SR-30K has an MSRP of $729, and more information on this suppressor or other products from Nosler can be found at nosler.com.
