The KS7 is the latest 12-gauge bullpup shotgun offering from Florida -based Kel-Tec. From the Kel-Tec webpage:

“The new KelTec KS7 is bred for light-weight personal defense at

home, backcountry and anywhere in between. Its compact size and carry
handle allow for easy handling, storage and transport, making this one
ambidextrous, 12-gauge, pump-action micro beast.”

The KS7 is a design evolution of the original dual-tube KSG 12 gauge

bullpup shotgun. For the new KS7 Kel-Tec limited the gun to a single
tube, which does reduce the capacity from the original KSG down to 6
rounds of 3-inch shells. However, the gun is significantly thinner and
lighter than the original KSG. This results in a gun that appears and
feels to balance significantly better than the original KSG.

Other design evolutions on the new gun include a removable carry handle

with an extremely high visibility fiber optic sight, as well as M-Lok
mounting slots for Picatinny rail sections, or direct mount accessories
such as laser designators, weapon mounted lights, or both. Of particular
note is a redesigned fore-end that has a pronounced forward lip as well
as side flairs. This is quite the welcome addition as the original
fore-end on the KSG was not nearly as ergonomic.

Another welcome addition is a much more affordable price, as the KS7 has
an MSRP of only $495. According to Kel-Tec for those end users who would
prefer to directly mount an optic to their gun, the carry is removable,
and a top rail section should be available for the KS7 later in 2019.
With an overall length of only 26.1 inches and weighing in at 5.9 pounds, the
KS7 packs quite a bit of capability into an extremely small package.
