Ruger's LC9s has been a popular concealed-carry option for consumers, particularly after the striker upgrade that marked the evolution from the LC9 to the LC9s, giving consumers a trigger pull more similar to other striker-fired pistols on the market. In 2018, Ruger updated the design yet again to produce the all-new EC9s.
The new Ruger EC9s is built to be budget-friendly while still providing all of the essentials needed for a solid personal-defense pistol. The gun uses iron sights integrally machined into the slide and features a striker-fired action with a built-in trigger safety.
