Canik USA is releasing an all-steel version of its popular striker-fired SFx Rival 9mm handgun. This new steel version, the SFx Rival-S, will be unveiled at the upcoming 2023 SHOT Show in Las Vegas, Nevada.  At nearly 43 ounces, the extra weight from the full- size steel frame will soak up some of the felt recoil from 9mm rounds, helping shooters achieve faster splits or follow up shots. With its overall weight and size, the new Canik SFx Rival-S is match-ready, out of the box

In addition to the steel frame, the Canik SFx Rival-S is optics ready and ships with five different mounting plates. Allowing to mount a wide variety of optics to this gun. This handgun is equipped with a competition style mag well to make quick reloads a breeze. The front strap has aggressive serrations for easier gun manipulations, as does the entire slide. Even the flat-face trigger has its own micro serrations for a different texture.

“The success team Canik had with the Canik SFx Rival lit a fire under us to keep pushing the line,” said Canik USA Marketing Director Adam Ruonala. “We basically used that fire to forge a product that was ready to beat the fiercest competitor at a price point you can’t simply afford to miss out on with the SFx Rival-S.”
