How often do you get a chance to train with Rob Leatham, Steve Tarani and Chris White? A 26-time USPSA National Champion, CIA non-ballistic-weapons expert and a retired Navy SEAL, in one training class, teaching you everything from close-quarters combat involving edged and impact weapons to pistols to carbines. Sounds pretty sweet, doesn't it?

Not only that, but you'd be taking this class at Gunsite Academy, one of the most-sought after training facilities in the country for those studying the ballistic arts. You and 39 other students (of course, there are 40 slots to match the 40th anniversary) will spend a full week with the experts in a VIP training experience that includes lodging, meals, range time and the chance to earn some really cool gear. A Devil Dog Arms carbine will be earned by six participating shooters, as will an Aimpoint red-dot sight. Hearing protection will be provided by Safariland and 5.11 Tactical will be supplying gear as well.

Check out videos from the instructors, listen to GunTalk TV interviews, check out the details and register for the class at Gunsite40. In addition to Rob Leatham, Steve Tarani and Chris White, Bill Rogers will be present to discuss reactive shooting skills, and former U.S. Undersecretary of Defense Dr. Steve Bucci will offer a discussion of "The Political End of Terrorism" as part of this educational experience.

The class will be held the week of April 10 to 15 at Gunsite Academy in Paulsen, AZ. Please note that there is a prerequisite that you must be able to pass a basic pistol qualification to participate in this event. Organizers want Be sure that by the time you arrive, you are able to pass.
