If you've got a standard, carbine-length gas system with standard hardguards and are interested in the new KeyMod attachment system, there's a way to make it happen.

ErgoGrips' UltraLite S KeyMod 2-Piece Handguard is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and is a drop-in replacement AR-pattern carbines. Weighing 4.9 ounces (less than standard military M4 plastic hand guards), the slim profile measures 1.95 inches in height and 1.6 inches wide. It contains KeyMod slots on both sides and bottom for mounting accessories as needed, and comes with an integral top Picatinny rail for optics, lights or other accessories.

The KeyMod system is a handy method for accessory attachment. Numerous companies offer standard rail sections that attach to the handguard itself, and many are starting to offer accessories with KeyMod attachment points built right in. In fact, ErgoGrips just launched a line and will be featured in future "Across the Editor's Desk" posts.

MSRP: $205.88. Available as shown in Cerakoted Flat Dark Earth or black.
