The concept for the Pistol Stabilizing Brace was born from a trip to the range with a disabled veteran, who found it challenging to use an AR pistol one-handed. As the designer, an Army veteran himself, tested various designs, he found that the SB15 enhanced the accuracy and control for all shooters, regardless of physical ability.

Made from high-quality, elasto-polymer, the SB15 is manufactured to close tolerances and fits all pistols equipped with an AR-style buffer tube 1-1.2 inches in diameter. The Pistol Stabilizing Brace uses the operator’s forearm to provide stable support, thereby minimizing accuracy-robbing spin and shift. A flexible cuff with two adjustable nylon straps allows the SB15 to be custom fit to any user.

The SB15 has been approved by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (BATFE) Technical Branch as a handgun accessory that requires no NFA registration and will not convert an AR pistol into a short-barrel rifle.

Available with either a 26- or 28-inch barrel, the PA-08 Synthetic features a black lightweight injection-molded stock. All metalwork is matte black to reduce glare. The barrel is chrome lined to withstand years of high-volume shooting, while lengthened forcing cones help reduce felt recoil. A vented top rib dissipates heat and helps facilitate target acquisition, as does the brass bead front sight. Three application-specific choke tubes (Improved Cylinder, Modified and Full) are included with each gun. The 20-gauge PA-08 Synthetic weighs 6.5-7 pounds depending on barrel length. PA-08 TR features include the easy-to-use pump design and dual action bar system that have proven their dependability with the PA-08 sporting version. This shotgun also has matte black metalwork and a black lightweight injection-molded synthetic stock. The fixed cylinder bore barrel is 18.5 inches long and chrome lined. A bladed white dot front sight is readily visible when aiming, even in low-light conditions. Weight of the 20-gauge PA-08 TR model is six pounds; overall length measures 39 inches with a 14-inch length of pull. Magazine capacity is 5+1 (2 3/4-inch shells). MSRP: $399.

Key features of the PA-459 TR include a short 13.5-inch length of pull and an ergonomic pistol grip-style buttstock with rubber-textured grip areas for snag-free shouldering. All metalwork has a matte black finish; the 18.5-inch chrome-lined barrel is fitted with an extended removable ported cylinder choke tube for application-specific patterning. The LPA-style ghost ring rear sight is adjustable for windage and elevation. The 20-gauge PA-459 TR weighs 5.75 pounds and measures 39 inches in overall length. Magazine capacity is 5+1 (2 ¾-inch shells) or 4+1 (3-inch shells). MSRP: $499.

The P-223 4-12×40 mm comes in matte finish and is built with fully multicoated lenses.  For the first time, one riflescope provides a choice between two different methods of bullet drop compensation.

One way to compensate for bullet drop at long ranges is by using the BDC 600 reticle with open circle aiming points and hash marks from 100 to 600 yards. The BDC 600 reticle was developed specifically for the trajectory of the .223 Rem./5.56 NATO round with a 55-grain polymer tip bullet and is most effective when used with Spot On Ballistic Match Technology.

The other way to compensate for bullet drop is by using Nikon’s Rapid Action Turret system that allows shooters to dial in their distances and hold the BDC reticle’s horizontal crosshair directly on the target. Distances as far as 100 to 600 yards can be dialed in, making the Rapid Action Turret system a quick and easy option for long range shooting.

There is now an added feature on the new P-223 that makes field adjustments easier than ever before.  With Nikon’s spring-loaded instant zero-reset turrets, just sight in at 100 yards, then lift the adjustment knob, rotate to your “zero,” and re-engage.  These turrets are set for precise ¼-inch adjustments and maintain their setting, even against repeated recoil.

The P-223 has a quick focus eyepiece to easily bring the reticle into focus.  It also provides a generous 3.7 inches of eye relief for safe, comfortable shooting.  The P-223 4-12×40 is waterproof, fogproof, and has an MSRP of $249.95.

The TAR-15 is based on the standard AR-15 platform, but the “standard” stops there.
