Mossberg introduced five new MVP Patrol Rifles. The bolt-action rifles include a patent-pending drop-push bolt design that accepts and feeds from standard AR-style magazines. All models include 16.5-inch medium bull barrels with an 11-degree tapered crown and are also available threaded with an A2-style flash suppressor/thread cap. The rifles feature Mossberg's patented LBA Adjustable Trigger, a distinctive spiral fluted bolt, receiver-mounted Picatinny rail and a 10-round magazine.

Two scoped combos include a 3-9x32 mm riflescope with an illuminated reticle and come with a neoprene comb-raising kit with foam inserts.
